Our
Classes
MAT
Mat classes combine traditional mat-based Pilates with small apparatus – including balls, bands, rings, hand weights and foam rollers – to both support and challenge the body. Sessions focus on control, alignment and strength, with variations offered to suit different abilities.
BARRE
Drawing on elements of dance, Pilates, cardio and strength training, Barre is taught to music and focuses on strength, flexibility, stamina and coordination. No dance experience is required – just a willingness to move.
REFORMER
Using a system of springs, ropes and straps attached to a moving carriage, exercises can be performed lying down, seated, kneeling or standing. Resistance can be adapted for support or intensity, making Reformer Pilates suitable for a wide range of abilities and goals.
JUMPBOARD
Jumpboard introduces a low-impact plyometric element, allowing you to “jump” while lying down. This creates a joint-friendly cardiovascular workout while continuing to build strength, coordination and core control.
Not sure where to start?
If you're new to Mat Pilates, we recommend a one-to-one session before joining a class to build a strong foundation in the basics. If you're looking to take up Reformer Pilates, we ask that you join one of our regular introductory workshops first to help you become familiar with the equipment and use it safely and confidently.
Get in touch and we’ll guide you towards the best option for your experience and goals.
